Bahamas Power and Light, Ragged Island Solar Farm
Together with Salt Energy of Marathon Key and Waugh Construction of Freeport, our engineering team consulted on the design layout, site development, and provided both electrical and civil drawings for the project. As the Engineer of Record, we consulted with Salt Energy to ensure compliancy. The solar panels and battery storage will initially provide 90% of the energy needs to the island.
Grand Bahama Power Company
Supply and oversee Linesman 2 and 3 for continual line maintenance and street light installation and repairs.
PharmaChem
Acting Engineer of Record for the PharmaChem expansion project in Freeport, Grand Bahama.
Arawak Port Development Group, Nassau Bahamas
Supplied and installed LED high mast lighting for Arawak Port. This lighting retrofit LED conversion has translated to tremendous savings for the owner.

Warwick Hotel
Paradise Island, New Providence
- Completed design work for the installation of a 900KW emergency generator, providing 100% emergency supply during power failure.
- Completed comprehensive assessment of load, surveyed existing main electrical room to determine the location of the new ATS and consulted on the proposed location.
- Designed foundation drawings, electrical single line schematic drawings, mechanical schematic drawings.
- Provided Professional Engineer to stamp and sign drawings, and submit to MOW.
- Provided the project management to oversee the installation of the 900KW emergency generator.
Coral Beach, Grand Bahama
- Design and installation of a 200 kW Three Phase 120/208V emergency generator.
Grand Lucayan Resort, Grand Bahama
- Removal of existing generator and installation of a new 15kW generator.
- Testing and removal of dry-core transformer.
- Completed electrical inspections and assessment following Hurricane Matthew (2016) and Hurricane Dorian (2019).

- Installation of more than 150 Solar Street Lighting in East Grand Bahama to include Sweetings Cay.
Leonard Thompson International Airport, Marsh Harbour
- Supply and Installation of Solar Papi Lighting System
- Contracted with the Ministry of Aviation to provide new LED mast lights on the airside and parking lot area of the airport following Hurricane Dorian.
